Rates & Deposits

(Effective January 1, 2010)

Rates and rental policies are subject to change. All rentals in Washington State for less than 30 days require the payment of 9.7% Washington State Tax.

Summer (June through September)

Summer rentals are on a weekly basis only, and begin on Saturday of each week. Rent is due one month before your arrival date.

$1,400 per week for up to four persons; each additional guest is $10/day.

Off-Season (October through May)

Two day minimum

$180 per day for two persons.
$10/day, each additional guest.

Weekly Rate (any seven days, except major holiday weeks)

$1,200 for two persons.
$10/day, each additional guest.

Major Holidays:

$200 per day for two persons.
$10/day, each additional guest.

Check-in is 3:00 P.M.; check-out is 11:00 A.M.

Deposit Information

A reservation/security/cleaning deposit is required for all rentals. Your deposit will be refunded, following satisfactory inspection by the caretaker, after your departure. If you use the house linens or cleaning service, those charges can be deducted from your deposit and the remaining balance refunded.

Deposits vary with the length of stay:
$100.00 for 2 days.
$200.00 for 3 days or more. (Security/Cleaning Deposits are required for all rentals.)

Rented On A Housekeeping Basis

Guests can either bring their own linens: sheets and bath and kitchen towels, or can arrange to rent them for $10 per person for your stay. Bringing your own cuts down on laundry time at the end of your stay.

Guests are expected to thoroughly clean the house before departing - leaving the house as they found it. With advance notice, cleaning services can be arranged for an extra charge. If you clean the house yourself, there is a caretaker inspection fee. If the caretaker cleans, her fee will be deducted from your deposit.

There is a fee for removing your garbage and recycling or take it away yourself.

Sorry, animals are not allowed and smoking in the house is not permitted.

Cancellation Policy

Off-Season

Please carefully note that once we have confirmed your reservation, your deposit is non-refundable. In the event we are able to rent the house for the time period you reserved, we will refund your deposit minus a $50.00 service fee.

Summer & Holidays

The reservation deposit is non-refundable if you cancel for any reason whatsoever. Any rent paid will be refunded if we are able to rent the house for the time period you reserved.
